			                <content type="html" xml:base="https://www.djchapmanlaw.com/blog/2021/07/49011/"><![CDATA[On July 8, 2021, David Chapman filed a Complaint with the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota alleging numerous violations of the rights of his clients, Raymond and Katherine Kvalvog, in connection with the 2019 civil trial concerning the tragic and untimely deaths of their sons, Zachary and Connor Kvalvog, in a car crash near Dalton, Minnesota.  Defendants named in the lawsuit are Park Christian School, Inc., Kent Hannestad, Chris Nellermoe, Josh Lee, Tim Kerr, the State of Minnesota, the Minnesota State Patrol, Rodney Eischens, Brian Cheney and Matthew Langer.  We look forward to securing justice for the Kvalvogs and invite media and the public to read the filed Complaint by clicking the link below.
